Not a surprise that giving money back is against their policy, but our memberships weren't cancelled and I wasn't informed that I needed to do anything else to cancel. After the year prepayment was gone they started hitting my credit card, despite the fact I had not been there for at least 6 months. Hey, if that's the way they need to make money, they are probably covered by the contract, but they also only deserve one star for ethics and poor quality of service.
